Registration Dates

Registration Begins:

March 30, 2015 by 9pm PST
Accepted Entries Posted:

Verification of Entry Marks:

  • All entries must include verified marks from March 1, 2014 through April 6, 2015
  • All marks must be on the TFRRS Performance List
  • Without a verified entry mark, you will not be entered into the Mt. SAC Relays
  • Using "related race distances", (i.e. 5k for a 10k, or Mile for a Steeple), must also be verified on TFRRS
  • The use of "related race distances", is intended to accommodate the freshman distance runner, athletes returning from injury and/or athletes moving up or down distances.
    Coaches should be aware that the collegiate coordinator will appy race formulas and predictors of verifiable distances only. Unjustified entry times will be adjusted or declined without notice.

Entry Fees:

Individuals:
$20 per athlete/per event
Relays:
$45 per relay team

 



Entry fees will be assessed only to those athletes that are listed as confirmed entries, posted on our confirmation date.

Entry fees must be paid prior to entering the stadium. No athletes or coaches will be admitted into the meet unless all entry fees are paid.

Cancellation Policy
Rain or shine, the Mt. SAC Relays will be run.  There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, acts of god, police or fire department closure, etc.  The Mt. SAC Relays reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule the event in the best interests of our participants with no refunds.

Scratches
If you must scratch an athlete for any reason after the athlete has been accepted into the meet, you must e-mail the Collegiate Division Coordinator Ron Kamaka at relaysscratches@mtsac.edu. Please enter "SCRATCH" in the subject heading of your email.

If you scratch an athlete or relay team before the scratch deadline, you will not be charged the entry fee for that athlete or relay team; however, after the scratch deadline, you will be charged the full entry amount.

Updating Entry Standards
Coaches/athletes may continue to update their marks up to our deadline date. We will only accept updates via email. Please submit updated marks directly to our Collegiate Division Coordinator, Ron Kamaka, at relaysupdates@mtsac.edu. Please enter "University" in the subject heading of your email. You must include the link to the meet where you achieved this mark and be listed on TFRRS.
There are no late or meet day entries.
